Web Support

Launching a new website is just a first step. Websites are living, breathing documents; and are subject to consistent change. As a result, a healthy support relationship is important to ensure your website is performing over its life cycle.

The web team is available for web support issues and we provide assistance with a variety of web inquiries.

Our web help desk is available from 9am–5pm, Monday-Friday, excluding holidays & university holidays.

We strive to respond to all requests within 24-48 hours.  Typical web support requests may include:

  • Assistance and advice
  • Minor website adjustments
    (major adjustments should be consulted with your authorized web content manager first)
  • Errors or broken links

Alternatively, many queestions may be answered by reviewing some our web support site knowledgebase and instructions.

Training

The Web team offers training for our primary CMS, free to campus users. Training sessions are offered a few times a month and cover the basics of managing your website.

To register to attend a training session, please register via email.  Please be sure to include your unit/area name. You will receive confirmation of your registration via email once we have processed your registration.
