8:00 AM - Arrival and Check In

Once you arrive on campus please proceed to the Hill Field House for the event and check-in using the link sent to your email or cell phone. The Hill Field House is located adjacent to the parking garage as shown on the campus map.

We encourage you to arrive at 8:00 - 8:45 AM to give yourself enough time to park, check in, and reach Hill Field House. Our welcome event will kick off promptly at 9:00 AM. 

9:00 AM - Welcome Session

Welcome Session: At 9:00 AM, join us in Hill Field House to be welcomed to campus by administrators and campus community members. We will kick off the day in grand style.

STUDENT LIFE SESSION

Starting at 1:30 PM and running through 3:30 PM. At 2:00 PM, join us in Hill Field House to engage with various student organizations. This session will feature a welcome from the Office of Student Life & Development, with representatives from our Student Government Administration. The session will be capped off with multiple performances starting at 1:30 PM, including the Magnificent Marching Machine at 2:45 PM. You won't want to miss this!

General Information for the Day

Parking & Map
Parking is available in the Student Center Garage ($5.00) and in the lower Y lot behind the Murphy Fine Arts building. Parking locations can be found on the Campus Map and there will be signage on campus on the day of.

Have You Checked-In?
Individuals and group leaders should check in upon arrival in Hill Field House. Please have your QR code sent via email or text ready for a quick and efficient check in process. If you did not receive a text message or email, please speak with one of the volunteers at the entrance for assistance.

Transcripts can be dropped off during the check-in process or submitted to our Admissions department between 10:30 AM and 2:00 PM at Tyler Hall, Room 111.

Campus Tours
Campus Tours will start at 11:00 AM, 12:00 PM, and 1:00 PM, with departures every 10 minutes thereafter. All tours will depart directly from Hill Field House.

Lunch Options

To help streamline the dining experience and minimize wait times, we highly encourage all groups to pre-pay for their meals in advance.

To arrange pre-payment, please contact Monica Brockman directly at Monica.Brockman@morgan.edu or by phone at 443-885-3125. Pre-paying will ensure a smoother experience for your group, allowing you to focus on enjoying the day’s activities. At check in you will receive an assigned lunch time if you have prepaid. 

You will have an option to purchase a lunch vouncher for $10 to dine in Rawlings Dining Hall.
