Taylor Boone is a Shared Services Grant Administrator for the Office of Research Administration (ORA). A proud Morgan State alumna, they bring a strong background in grant administration, grassroots advocacy, and community engagement to their role, supporting faculty and staff in managing research funding and compliance.

Prior to returning to Morgan, Taylor Boone worked in grant development and fundraising at Open Works and Digital Harbor Foundation, focusing on capacity building, donor relations, and operational support for education and workforce development programs. Deeply committed to local advocacy, they have served as a peer reviewer and facilitator for community-driven funding initiatives, ensuring equitable support for Baltimore-based grassroots organizations.
